Greg NHS Global Warming Documentary

Just another Edublogs.org weblog

Looking Back

This project has helped me learn many things about group projects and working with others. I had to learn how to deal with lazy group members *Cough* *Cough* –no names mentioned–and being able to just worry about my effort and the end product. I also learned about how to research and prepare for crating and organizing a documentary. I learned film techniques and how to use a camera properly with all the accessories. I learned a lot about organizing and figuring out how to schedule time for my group to meet and work on our segment. The last major thing I learned was that I hate blogging.

Well it certainly was not my intention to have you hate blogging as an outcome of the project. Could you give me some more specific feedback about what you hate about it. I know you had a scare with finding your blogs that had not posted. . . do you think that it would help if I had people tag the blogs with article 1, article 2–that way we could find them easily. I was thinking about that for next year.

Research before working on the film is essential to knowing what questions to ask and what direction to take the film–good insight.

Group work is difficult, but you guys did a very nice job–I’m proud of the egalitarian nature of your group.

It was great having you in class. Enjoy the summer.

I think numbering each post would be a perfect way to avoid any confusion with future classes. They could put a normal title in the title box then on the last line of their post they could just put the number marking which post it was.

See you later Mrs. P. Have a good summer.
